SHIPPING

  • Orders are processed within 2 business days after purchase.

  • The Luxxe Co. offers free standard domestic shipping on orders of $100 or more.​ Delivery takes approximately 3-5 business days.

  • All shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Expedited orders are shipped within 24hrs (Business Days).  Shipping times depend on destination.

  • You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates. Please note that we cannot provide you with any additional information than what your tracking shows.

  • A valid phone number and email address is required. Failure to provide this information may result in a delay or non-delivery of your order. Please ensure that you provide this information accurately during the checkout process to avoid any issues.

  • We are not responsible if the order is refused.​

  • Return-to-sender - Please check all your details at checkout. We do not alter shipping addresses. If your package has been returned to us, we are happy to resend it back to you, you will be responsible for the additional shipping fees.

  • Lost / Stolen / Damaged Packages - Once your package is handed over to the shipping company, we are not responsible for any shipping delays or packages that are lost, stolen or damaged. Please contact the shipping company responsible for delivering your package. This information is available in your shipping confirmation email.  Our packages are insured through USPS up to $100. You may file a claim with their company and must follow their process.
