NO CANCELLATIONS. ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL.

We stand behind the quality of our products and inspect each and every single one of them before they are sent to you but sometimes mistakes can happen. We do not accept returns and only exchange items if they are defective. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us within 24 hours upon receiving the order at: contact@theluxxecousa.com with details and pictures of the product and its defect. Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Once your exchanged item is received, it will be thoroughly inspected by our team. If your exchange is received with noticeable wear or damage, we will refuse the exchange. We will notify you via e-mail, within 48 hours, wether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement item upon availability. In the case of the same item being out of stock, you will receive store credit and can be used at any time.

Our policy only applies to items that are defective due to manufacturing defects. We cannot do anything about items that are damaged due to misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, or damaged due to mishandling by the shipping company. If the latter applies, please contact them directly.

You have 7 days after the exchange approval to get your item back to us to process the exchange for store credit. Items must be handed to USPS before the 7th day. Anything after day 7 will not be accepted. No exceptions. Exchanges for store credit will only be based on the price of the item, shipping fees are not included. Returned items not meeting these conditions will not be eligible for store credit.

The Luxxe Co. reserves the right to refuse any exchanges at any time.

Please choose the correct sizes before placing an order. Please read the size section listed in every item. Wrong sizes are not part of the exchange policy.

To start an exchange for store credit, you can contact us at contact@theluxxecousa.com. Items sent back without first requesting an exchange for store credit will not be accepted.
